@@cipher-one Funny thing is - it was his own [Lu Bu's] saying. No one worshiped him back at his time. He was just another warlord, who was mostly famous for his questionable loyalty perception. Arrogant, undisciplined and short-sighted, he tried to do what basically all warlords were trying to do at that time... sieze the opportunity to gain more power. He was betraying left and right and got too many enemies in a short amount of time. He thought that slaying Dong Zhuo would make him a peerless hero, but in reality just won him a bit more time before his inevitable downfall.

Between DW4 and 5, DW4 Lu Bu will always be my favorite, that badass armor, his appearance at Hu Lao Gate and that friggin' grapple where he lifts you up, slices you and then throws you away like trash. His voice in DW5-8 was perfection.

DW6 Lu Bu cutscene is my favorite. Wish you would include the cutscene jingle as well though. It just so iconic hearing that jingle, followed by the bird screech and Lu Bu just appears out of nowhere with a smug look on his face, while the peons with their poor voice acting went "ITS LU BU!!!" Damn. I actually grew up playing dynaasty warriors. I remember my stepdad took my to Blockbuster and I Rented DW3 and fell in love. Two weeks later I rented DW2.. 6 months later my mom randomly bought me DW4. DW5 was the last one I played before I went to Iraq. (Played Dynasty warriors online for a few days while in service) Haven’t played any DW since around 2013. Only relives nostalgia here because I was Playing Wo Long and it’s like dynasty warriors x Ninja Gainden and all my favorite DW characters make a appearance.
