Thanks a lot. My knee and leg muscle are weak as age is catching up. I have been maintening exercises and hope it is holding on longer.

第三個動作需要較多大腿和臀部肌力和平衡力. 你可以先練習頭兩個動作, 待有大腿和臀部肌力和平衡力便練習第三个动作
