Battery is good for about an hour then takes a good few hours to charge up. Still love ours.

Hi there, yes it works very well. When it returns to the station the box sucks all the dirt out the box within seconds. It's very good I never empty the box on the robot.

If you move the dock you need to create a new map as it needs to know where to go home.

Hi there, thanks for watching. Yes you can restrict areas if you don't want it to go near that area or if you only want it to hoover not mop. In the the app once you have saved the room you can then draw boxes around areas it is restricted and can't go into. Hope this helps 😊

hi, how is the battery life? elsewhere I saw that it runs for 26 minutes to get to 14% and then charges for 10hrs without finishing the whole floor... is it easy to control it form 2 different phones/accounts? Thanks!

I have a slightly different model from the same brand. Battery life is good. I just set mine to sweep a 5m2 room with a thick carpet and lots of obstacles (much harder on the battery). It took 18 minutes to sweep the room in one direction and used 30% of it's total charge. It's been back on charge for 5 minutes and it's already recovered 9% of its power. A full recharge should take less than an hour. But the beauty of this devices is that you don't have to worry about how long sweeping and recharging takes.

@@DECODEDVFX hey, thanks for the write up. I have bought the device shortly after writing that and have had it for 1 week now. I can confirm everything is as you described, it in fact has more battery left now than it used to get when it started, thick carpet in one room, 3 other rooms with tiles etc. Initially used to be 30% battery but today it ended up with 40% - magic. The software logic is quite incredible - if it sees a door open on way to the station it takes a shortcut. Oh and a word of warning for anyone reading - lidar and DIRECT sunlight are not friends, and neither are shoelaces haha. I think sunlight overpowers the sensors in this cheapish model and it starts to pirouette around like a ballerina! Other than that it has been great so far. I've set up a schedule to do the rooms 3x a week, set up some no-go zones where there are cables or tight spaces. I have not got a clue how to use the mop function just yet!

@@toosas The algorithm seems to be getting better with each update. Previously it wouldn't even try to sweep an area if the route was inaccessible last time it was in the area (i.e if the door was previously closed). It doesn't seem to do that anymore. The mop function is pretty simple. Just fill the tank with warm water and insert the mop. It should automatically detect the mop and switch modes. If not, you can manually set it to mop mode (or mop and sweep mode) in the settings.
