I would go all throughout China on a food adventure while eating foods that look delicious--regardless of whether or not they're suited to my palate~ I'd go to Xinjiang for kao baozi, lamb kebabs, pumpkin dumplings, hami melon, and naan; I'd go to Beijing to eat Peking duck, guotie, rou jia mou, guokui, donkey burgers, and scallion pancakes; I'd go to Nanjing for salty duck and beef potstickers; I'd go to Dongbei for guo bao rou and da la pi; etc. I've seen the adventures of many food enthusiasts on KZbin, and I would happily make the 16 hour flight to China and the whatever hour train trips within China just to have one meal of the aforementioned stuff lol

第一次去西藏有高反还是要吸氧，不会有其他副作用。去茶馆吃面喝茶，尽量选择甜茶，酥油茶很多人喝不习惯。也不用去大的茶馆，路边小茶馆也不错。
