I am 11 months in first 7 months were a nightmare. My hair was just too curly. My hair was thinning and I was ready to shave it off. But now my hair is back to bring healthy. I’ve been using onion juice. And 11 months ago i had a buzz and when I hit my 8 month mark my hair was able to get into a bun but wasn’t clean. But now I can have it no problem

Back in March, I had a clean high and tight fade with a 5 on top but once quarantine started, I just let my hair grow and only wash it once a week to let the natural oils stimulate my hair. My wife loves playing with my hair now lol it’s still not long enough to tie up but I do slick it back to train it. I’ll probably wait a month before I do my first maintenance cut

I recommend you to not go to the barber for any trims just incase they trim too much. Its better to just let it grow on its own. Based on my experience

Pls return to the high volume quiff. In my opinion, it suits you more than the long one but also when you have long hair it's prone to more damage due to extended exposure to dust, UV rays, splits, grime, etc., It's also prone to get tangled more often.

i’ve always had longish hair but two or so years ago i decided to let it grow out. now it’s down to my ass lol. it’s thick and healthy so many women are jealous and even offer to buy it from me to make their weaves lol. i do have to say, i’ve been feeling like chopping it off because it gets annoying sometimes, it’s pretty heavy, and i fear i might be pulling out too much every time i throw it up in a bun for work. i do love it though. good luck to everyone.

As a guy who has thick black hair and had really long hair all the way past my shoulders only last year, ive cut my hair back to short with bald faded sides and couldnt be happier, as a very active person, working very actively and gym daily, long hair just got in the way and made mornings very annoying styling it twice a day (mornings for work and after work for gym) was just a headache that is one of the main reason why i went back to short and i dont think i would ever grow my hair back again! I feel more fresh and never stress about the wind/rain messing my hair😃

Hey @Luca, in need of your opinion. I’ve been growing out my hair for around 8 months now. Overall pretty happy styling with the tuck behind the ears Beckham look. But the only thing that bothers me is the mullet. The hair around the nape is disconnected and much longer than the length at the top of the head. The goal is man bun but should I consider shortening the mullet so it’s a similar length to the rest of my head and more presentable? Thanks!
