Could you explain why you would get rid of 'farmhouse decor' on a campaign level when ad group line 6 and line 7 are performing well with ACOS under 20%? Thanks.

Do you know if there is a way to an an ASIN as a negative keyword in an auto campaign?
@dericwon2715 жыл бұрын
Hi Lucas, Great video and content. I got a question hope you able to advise. Can I negative performing "Customer Search Term" (keywords) from auto campaign when I have already got them on Manual Exact campaign? So more fund can be allocated to discover other performing keywords? My concern is, if i negative these keywords in "Auto" it will be negative in all campaigns. Many thanks in advance.

Yes you can do this, negatives in each campaign are separate from each other

So if I am trying to block the phrase "massage balls" and I do negative keywords phrase match for " massage balls", will that also block "balls for massage"?

Hi Lucas - Great content, thanks for putting your experience and expertise out there for others the learn and succeed from. Quick question - I am looking at my search term report and see the same search term multiple times, in some cases up to a dozen times. My question is why would I see the exact same spelling for a long tail keyword multiple times in the same report? Thanks Lucas!
@Nomadzppc3 жыл бұрын
Is this across multiple ad groups/campaigns? If you're bidding on the same keyword in multiple match types (even in the same ad group) then you will have duplicated search terms. May be best to isolate that search term in exact match and focus on it in one place

Do I need to do negative keywords if my campaigns are all exact match keyword?
@Nomadzppc3 жыл бұрын
No! Only add negatvies for auto/broad/phrase matches

I am wondering if the listing was not described appropriately as farmhouse decor is totally irrelevant.

Hi Lucas, Great video there buddy. I got a question for you. As a specialist, what is your personal goal when it comes to ACOS? 20% seems like a fair conversion for me but I noticed you chose farmhouse as one of the negative keywords, so does that mean 20% is still too high? Is it item per item basis, where you don't mind keeping the ACOS slightly higher as long as the marketing supports sales in other keywords. What are your thoughts? Anything helps. Thank you, again. You're doing an amazing job so keep up the great work! Subscribed!

The market average for ACoS is about 35% but it varies for each category. I always work with my clients profitability metrics to get a target ACoS. And sometimes we will be more aggressive to push sales. Usually PPC conversion rate is a better indicator than ACoS due to increasing CPC.

Lucas Kwiatkowski thanks Lukas. You’re a gem brother. How long does it usually take to see results? And how long do you typically go for on a campaign before ya change?
@Nomadzppc5 жыл бұрын
@@danymajr Can't give an exact estimate on time. All depends on budget and search volume. Change campaigns as little as possible, the longer a campaign runs, the better it gets.

Lucas Kwiatkowski coool. I do notice that the campaign takes some time for it to kick in.. I was freaking out at the beginnning... thanks for the answers . By the way, how do you feel about the Product Targeting that Amazon is currently beta’in?
