i have to say this:D start meditating ! i havent done any reality checks and ive had 2 lucid dreams in 2 days and i usually remember like 2-3 dreams in one night... i feel like im going crazy or im becoming a genious. no idea

wagwan I’ve been having lots of dreams for the past week 2 dreams a night one time I had 4 and I can recall all of the dreams from that dream so maybe I’m close to lucid dreaming so I’m going to try mild or wild 😀

My story: I get lucid. I say to myself" damn, this is a dream". And then i fucking wake up.

Dude I just had that I always get too excited the moment the dream starts,I even thought to myself not to get too excited then I just woke up.. can anyone give me advice not to wake up immediately after I start lucid dreaming

last night I had my first lucid dream,I was holding a whip and I noticed another one and realised that there should only be one whip and I done a reality check and I was in a dream,I was in a field and the wind was soo strong and I saw a bug white dog......yeah that's it really😂

Yesterday was the First Time i tried to Lucid dream. I decided MILD would be the best technique for a Beginner. So i meditated for a couple of minutes and repeated my Mantra. This led to me turning autipilot Off so i had to Breathe manually. After 10 minutes or so i exhaled and suddenly felt extremely relaxed. I liked it at First and thought that i was gonna Fall asleep any Second now. But then my leg started twitching and after some Time my Heart started pounding right before i drifted off and breathing was very hard. That Scared me and i opened my Eyes. Then Everything was normal again and i did some reality Checks. Everything was normal so i decided to try it again. But then the same Things stared to happen again right before i fell asleep. Then I had to just go to Sleep normally and couldnt remember my Dreams. Is this normal or is something wrong with me? Sorry for the long comment and for any grammar mistakes or bad writing. Please help.
