Anyone else itch when the sleep ? It keeps me from being still enough to focus on these, I'm trying to work on it, I used to lucid dream more, not so much now. Amongst other things

I have two theories. One your skin is adjusting to the temperature. Or it's a mechanism your brain sends to try and keep you awake

I have restless leg syndrome. It gives me sensations of itches, bugs crawling on me, and the uncontrollable urge to move my legs when I’m staying still trying to fall asleep. The sensations are relieved when I move or scratch them but then new ones form. My legs are effected the worse but it happens all over my body. Doesn’t happen all the time though.

I wonder if that’s my issue, I have insomnia as well, so I have trouble and never get enough sleep anyways, but yeah, I move or itch it goes away and then as I’m trying to sleep it keeps happening all over my body, I know it’s nothing but they get so bad not relieving is irritating and that doesn’t help me sleep either. Every now and then I get so exhausted I will just pass out early in the evening and sleep through the night, but other than that, I’m running on like 4-5 1/2 hours of sleep lately

last night i listened to this and i felt disconnected from my body and when i was going to breath i had afew seconds of sleep paralysis this is my own experience and wont happen to everyone i’m really happy with this video in general and will definitely be replaying this video tonight:) i dont remember the dream i had but i do remember waking up afew times because of the person talking which is great considering when attenpting lucid dreaming your meant to wake up afew times in the night i really love this video:))

I have been curious about experiencing lucid dreaming. This video helped me slip into a lucid dream which was such a cool experience. I can’t wait to try it again and spend more time adjusting my subconscious mind.

@@MeditationVacation Honestly, something in it is waking me up just enough for me to hear something shut it off and fall straight back to sleep. If I remember I'll attempt to pin point the spot. I turned it on 2 nights back to back and both times had a spot (not sure if it's the same spot) that got through to my brain enough for me to hear it consciously, but keep in mind that affirmations also wake me up, I'm one of those people 🤣🤷♀️ however I very much enjoy the first few minutes I manage to stay awake through 😁

Oh man, this one had me. I was in the 90’s and my old neighbor was there and another guy who was a teacher in my old high school. We were in like a action movie. Like we werent supposed to be there. I just remember they kept saying they always do this and they made sure to keep saying this isn’t real I’m in a dream. So I kept saying the same thing. Then I just remember we were in some big garage filled with boxes and there was a desk with 3 old school computer with the fat back and we hopped on it logging in. (It was like a matrix vibe) then people came shooting at us and we found some guns and shot back and then we closed the garage on them. Then one of the workers that was shooting at us we took her gun and I was like yo we not from here. She was so confused and she looked all 90s looking. Then we had took a cargo truck in the garage and we left. Next thing I know we was driving on a bridge. And when we was on this weird bridge we was like “yo should the truck be on this bridge” I was getting scared like oh hell nah. But then we slowly got to the other side and bruh I kid you not the car fell a few feet down and we ended up in NYC😂😂😂😂😂 yoooo I’m about to do this all time!!!

Oh man! I think this came close to working for me! I say that because I think I may have started to experience sleep paralysis? I felt like someone was pushing down on my wrists and ankles and started hearing strange noises. I tried to stay calm but honestly with all the horrible things I hear about sleep paralysis it freaked me out and I was able to manage my way out of it before it fully set in. I know I probably would have lucid dreamed if I hadn't freaked out. Does anyone have any advice for this? I wanna try this video again but now I'm scared 😢

In the moment, it can be scary, but what works for me is to try and stay calm or focus on slow breaths even if you feel pressure. I know it's vague advice but I hope it helps.

Defintely don’t go into it scared though, set intentions, make sure you feel safe and comfortable and stop if you do start feeling unsafe. Mindset is very important with these and with the right positive mindset it’s all safe and you’ll be fine :)

5 minutes into the 4 hours video and you think the listener is already dreaming?! so that you can prime the them for lucidity?! You guided through one breath under the tree and expect the listener to be **Boom!** asleep? Am I missing something about your technique? Or is this just a nonsensical expectation?
