Throughout season 3 I was thinking Fox was going to cancel the show and if they did I would be okay with it until I saw that finale. Then when they cancelled it I was gutted. When the announcement came that Netflix picked it up I was so excited since this show is they type that should have always been on Netflix. It reached it's full potential then. I wish Netflix had picked up Prodigal Son for the same reason. What a show like that could have done on Netflix and found an audience...

To those unaware: FOX didn't cancel Lucifer after this finale. They announced the cancellation of the show days before the finale aired. I remember seeing this finale when it aired and ended with that cliffhanger, I was like, "Fuck you, Fox! WHY!?!"

Ella is more open to anything spiritual which would help explain that she doesn’t find the celestial stuff Lucifer talks about to be completely out of the realm of possibility. She also believes that Lucifer is a method actor and that’s why he talks like he is the devil. She mentions this in the first conversation she has with him.

The reason pierce didn't get his mark back, or at least my theory fof it is because the whole time he had it all he wanted was to die, so his punishment was the Mark which symbolised his immortality meaning he could never get the one thing he wanted. But then as soon as he changed, stopped wanting to die the Mark disappeared because the punishment no longer fits

When they were talking to the driver and he mentioned favors, my mind went straight to Stingray, a show about a guy who helps people out in return for favors. After resolving the problem "Ray" would disappear, but he could call at anytime to collect on the favor and whatever it was they would have to do it. It could be a week, a month, multiple years, but if he called... and the favor could be anything. Maybe "Ray" needed them to buy a postcard, put a message on it and send it to a certain address, maybe he needed them to come with him to South America to pose as a drug dealer and take down some rebel cell. That was a fun show.

You think you were gutted when those credits came up, for the fans that was when the show was cancelled for the first time! They thought they might never get the end of that story. Going forward you've got some great seasons. 3x26 is pretty missable but I really hope you watch 3x25. It's a fun lil standalone (makes the most sense if you imagine it taking place prior to this episode), and it has some good lore and backstory for a couple of characters. Keep up the good work guys, great video as always.

Blind Wave YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS, THIS IS NOT A SPOILER: THE NEXT 2 CHAPTERS ARE UNRELATED. The show was going to be cancel at the time, so they just added this 2 extra episodes at the end. They are pretty random and they could be fit anywhere in the 4th season, as a filler. The actual story gets picked up in chapter 1 of season 4, that's when Netflix saved the show.
