I swear lucifer has the greatest character arc in all of tv history from the literal depths of hell and true self hatred to the lightbringer in every sense of the word, to loving more than himself to the point of willingly sacrificing himself for it! Honestly, this line moved me so much and to me, it applies to all of humanity. We have to recognize, face, and accept the darkest parts of ourselves to emerge graceful and become the better versions of ourselves. This show has been quite a journey! The scene you chose to end this with is brilliant. Lucifer was able to find his way out of the darkness when he started to forgive himself and Chloe was put in his path to teach him how to. Well done again!
