@@isacstrand1690 season 3 was great, but the backstory´s slowed down the main one, which made it worse than it should have and yeah season 4 was shorter, but i don´t care how long a season is as long as it´s good. Because you can have a longer season but than feel like there are filler episodes that weren´t neccessary like in season 3

honestly, the arm thing looked more like recoil than anything to me, we're all just used to seeing guns go off smoothly in movies and tv because actors tend not to be great at acting that out. the last bit where his arm kinda flew away was him getting shot himself, i think. could it have been done better? sure, but considering how tense he's holding his arm, it looks like that guy was genuinely trying to take into account what shooting that large handgun one handed would feel like

Just from the back end of the firearm i can see. I would say its a .45. So Yes, Shooting that firearm one handed like that. It would cause significant problems aiming to multiple targets in quick succession like this.

@@HU3NINGS I remember in particular the season 5A episode where Lucifer and Chloe are in the penthouse and Dan comes in to shoot him is honestly incredible. The entire scene starts out on a clock Lucifer has in his penthouse. Then the scene progresses and the audience sorta forgets about the clock. But when Dan comes in, the music picks up with a clock ticking integrated into the song to illustrate the quick passage of life and the short amount of "time" Lucifer has left, especially with Dan coming into his home to kill him. It's fucking brilliant and I can NEVER get enough of it.

Season 1 is the best season, season 2 was a mess 3 was unbelievably boring "Sinnerman" my ass..., only the ending of S3 was brilliant, 4 was kinda meh, better than 2 and 3 but not as good as 1, didnt watch 5 since the show lost its mojo. A lot of TV shows destroy characters under the guise of growth and makes what was interesting about them turn into what their small brains consider "normal", thats not a critic only on lucifer but all tv shows that start with an abnormal character that is interesting.

Girl, don't forget the words Lucifer said to Amenadiel on the beach while was punched by him: "Fall as I did!" They would become significant later. And also, don't forget that feather Maze hided into the box. That was feather from the Lightbringer wings, for sure. Lucifer was a Lightbringer before he fell. Yes, you are right about Lucifer. For sure, he has an identity crisis, and this line is going through all the show. But he has a lot of other problems that would reveal later

About 7:00 and the bad "acting", I blame the bad directing. I'm sorry, there's an excellent direction in this serie in general. But here, we have to be real, NOBODY'S would act a scene like that if not asked for it. And if you find an idiot who would be doing it, a good director would be like "I'm sorry pal, but wtf are you doing? I know the script says "bullets are flying everywhere" but that doesn't mean you have to mimic a seasure". Most likely, the actor was directed to act exactly in that way. Good eye still. Not sure I caught that during my first watch.
