I can hit quickly and have good follow through (heavy) but don't have the explosivity. Wish I had that fast twitch fiber like these guys. Looks so succinct

I was thinking the same thing. 1st time I've heard that. Not sure why only Shito-Ryu keeps the word style around consistently and other styles don't
