After installing the new Engine with Magnuson Supercharger I needed to make more changes to the shop truck.
Installing the Heat Exchanger , Coolent Pump and all the plumbing.
Then I installed the modified wheel wells filled the cooling system and test drive to the HRG Studio

Good idea with the wheel wells, I think I would put some rubber flaps on the openings just to keep crap out, that way you can always flip them up to show it off and maintain it

Looks impressive all around. The air-charger whine has a good sound level also. If you ever became annoyed with water, dirt, mud on under-hood items, could install quick snap removable rubberized, flexible slotted-flaps, on the wheel well skirting.

I love the way you trimmed the inner fender wells for serviceability Lucky 🍀. AMD need to see these and start making them. I like these much better for accessibility to everything. If you ever want to temporarily close in those cut up some rubber covers that are easily to remove if so choose. By the way the supercharger sounds awesome 😎.

For the wheel wells, you could cut some sheet rubber and attach it with some metal push fasteners like the factory did it on some cars. Or, go Hollywood and fabricate some custom covers with Dzus fasteners so that they can be removed or installed quickly. :)

Assuming it isn't just out of adjustment, you can move the pivot point on the gearshift lever inwards to help the gearshift indicator sort of sync up. It's a little difficult to have a PG gearshift indicator work correctly on a 4 speed 4l60e/80e trans. Sometimes it is the bearing in the base of the column causing a misalignment/slop on the gear lever. FWIW.

Truck turned out great. Sounds good. What’s really cool about it it looks like a sleeper. A few mismatched body panels that’s what makes the truck. I noticed that the 2 Nd time you installed the coolant Baum/ fill it was turned 180. I’m thinking poor seal causing no vacuum?

Hey Lucky, love the channel great info as always. I have a 54 chevy truck, LS3 with and LSA supercharger on it and I was wondering if you had any issues stacking the radiator, AC condenser and intercooler heat exchanger. did you have any issues getting enough flow through all three for the AC and engine to cool properly. Thanks in advance for your time.
