I can imagine that a knock against Molly might feel like a knock against yourself, Lucy. Because Molly is an extension of you, so thank you for sharing your feelings with us. I hope you can process past this confrontation on such a special day.

I know I'm a little biased as someone who grew up with a lab, but the retrievers in general are some of the least ferocious looking dogs. add in the high standards for temperament to even be chosen for guide dog training plus all of the actual training they have, calling a fully trained in harness guide dog "ferocious" really shows that that person has serious personal issues that they need to work on themselves and not put it on disabled people just trying to live their lives with their mobility aids. I'm really sorry that you had to experience that right after something you were so excited about, my service dog and I are sending lots of love 💜

Kudos to Tim Cook for asking how his company was doing providing accesable services. Thanks so much for sharing these moments. It's a joy to watch you both

When you had all three napkins on it really did look like some kind of haute couture fashion show item!! Despite the rude stranger on the tube it looks like you had a fabulous day for the rest of it, I'm so glad you got this opportunity and you truly deserve these sorts of things for all the excellent work you do!

First off I cried a bit for you just having experienced similar things with people in trains or buses or even at the doctors and what you described sounded to me like a meltdown I am blind and autistic and I just wanted to say that it’s really hard to stand up for ourselves but you did amazing and just you have loads of support and sometimes people don’t realize how badly their words hurt because they are only thinking about their own selves chin up

OMG that lady better be glad I was not on that tube! She'd have had more than a piece of my mind. That is outrageous. She must be deeply unhappy in her life. So sorry you and Molly beared the brunt of her pain.

Lucy, I really want to thank you for your vulnerability and openness about your experiences and I'm so sorry that you went through such a triggering encounter on the tube.😢 I have an anxiety disorder which affects my daily life and I've been judged and discriminated against because of that and I know EXACTLY what you mean about the weird misplaced puzzle pieces of a wonderful experience and a terrible one happening on the same day and sometimes the negative thing does seem to dim the excitement of the positive thing. You're definitely not alone and you are definitely good enough, just because you exist.❤ Loved your meeting with the King, he seemed so kind and with a good sense of humor in relating to the people of his kingdom!❤🙏🏻👑

I'm so glad to have watched your show Lucy! And it's amazing you got to meet some wonderful, lucky and lovely people! Looking forward to many more upcoming videos too 😊

I admire your bravery to appear vulnerable on your channel to talk publicly about an act of discrimination. I am sorry you had to interact with that person on the tube, you must know that you are such an amazing person every second and you own all the great things that you do, such as meeting the King and Tim Cook! I hope you had a good time in London, all the best ❤

I am so sorry that you had to go through that experience on the Tube; that lady may well have not been well herself, considering she kept on repeating the horrid comments, but of course that is no excuse. As you pointed out, there are many things she could have done if she was uncomfortable with dogs, like moving down the carriage. I hope that you did not feel unwelcome on public transport. It looks like you had an amazing day out despite that negative moment and you looked truly wonderful in your dress; the necklace was a perfect accent to it. Have a wonderful Christmas!

Congratulations on meeting the king and Tim Cook. It is so ironic that you had that experience on the same day as the Interaction with the lady on the train. That’s so unacceptable that she behaved in such a ridiculous and rude way. People are really unforgivable sometimes. I’m very sorry that happened but glad that you raised awareness by sharing your story.

And that dreadful tube woman sounds insane. Which for my old home town of good old London sounds about right. Not pleasant.

Yes! We had a cute chat - I asked him if he had any doggies like Molly and he said ‘only Gromit’ - so sweet!

Anyone who would (repeatedly?!) call Miss Molls “ferocious” needs to get their eyes checked 😂 she is the sweetest! Honestly, if someone has some kind of ptsd or something and they’re afraid of all dogs, just move to a new seat. No big deal. No need to open your mouth to say something rude. No need to make your own issues discrimination against someone else

Do you have to pinch yourself that your life is real? As an outsider it seems insane! Flying around the world, meeting with and promoting companies, collaborations, an audience with the King (while 100s look on). I'm sure you do but make sure you take the time to reflect, and enjoy the memories made. At least you will always have the videos! Ollie be sure to back up EVERY video as I know they can be lost if hacked.

Film them next time and then report it to station. Clearly, that's discrimination and usually that holds a ban
