Kal Cetus was a neutral jedi actually. He mostly fought during the empire’s earlier years. Basically he was wanted because of false accusations. This isn’t Luke after all. Cal’s lightsaber was actually a scrap metal job with a bit of mesh holding it together although he does use his older learners blade as a backup which is the more traditional one as it was made by his master.
