See I think what is happening with this "Jada and Tupac" rumor is that the "younger generations" born after Tupac's death or kids born around the time of Tupac's death don't seem to understand the "dynamics" involved with Tupac and Jada . There was the whole "light-skin thing" that was real strong in the late 80's generation. In addition, to the fact that Tupac and Jada met each other while their roles were reversed; meaning Jada was the pretty light- skin popular girl in art school and Tupac was the skinny, big head, spindly-arm boy in art school that didn't have money and fashionable clothes or the body-control and self- possession that he had years later as a rapper. Tupac was "smitten" by Jada Pickett almost along the lines of how he was "smitten" by Janet Jackson. Jada was the hot girl back then. I'm 49 years old and I remember that generation. I don't know how old that you are but kids in this generation have different "dating dynamics" going on now that did "Not" exist in the 80's Highschools #1) there simply were "NOT" genres for smart,sensitive, black guys who were "NOT" jocs or pretty boys back then. Meaning if you weren't light-skin with curly or strait hair like Shemar Moore or Al B Sure or darkskinned and pretty like Morris Chestnut or Taye Diggs or a "hot" athlete on the School football or basketball team girls really weren't "smitten" by you in those days. #2) This was way before the "popularity" of black "emo" or "scene" guys, long before black boys who skateboarded and defenitly way before black gamers! I mean there were "always" exceptions to the rule as far as sensitive,weird, black guys that weren't "popular" but could still for some odd reason still pull pretty,popular, black girls but those guys were truly Unicorns! Lol but the Athlete, pretty boy or popular guy was defenitly the general rule. See nowadays, there are plenty of pretty black girls in high school that are nerds, gamers and skateboarders that will give their "Black boy" counterparts more than a fair chance. This is another "major" reason why it's so hard for kids born in the 90's and the "new millennium" to understand that Tupac and Jada's dynamic was based on rules that are not as "rigid" now for dating as they were back then in the 1980's . I went to highschool with guys who were driving their own Mercedes Benz's and Porsche's to school! That had big bankrolls of 100 dollar bills in their pockets, guys that skipped school and were so damn smart that they could make the teachers look like idiots by solving calculus equations in their heads!! While at the same time still being street - smart and tough!! These were the kinds of guys that pretty girls in the 80's high schools had to choose from. There was not this current-day selection of pretty,confident, nerds,skaters and gamer- black girls to choose from in our 80's era. When I was in highschool and Jada and Pac were in high school that dynamic did not exist! So Pac would've been an interesting , somewhat cute but odd looking guy, skinny with a big head and a spindly body,with funny clothes dirty fingernails and defenitly NOT the "hot guy" in school. There is an interview where Jada explains, that she didn't look at Tupac as that guy she'd want in school. See so by the time you guys start being a "fan" of Pac in the later 90's he had already "grown" into his looks #1) his spindly body caught up with his big head. #2) he shaved his head which made his attractive eyes,long eyelashes sharp cheekbones and distinct nose which he pierced all stand out in exotic ways. #3) He started working out which gave him muscles and allowed him to be able to hold his body powerfully erect he also covered his body with tattoos which gave him the bad boy edge#4) the ballet and acting that he learned in school allowed him years later to be able to physically move with power and grace( body language is very important) 5) he was famous,popular and rich which gave him tremendous self confidence and added to his having sex-appeal this is the Tupac that you guys are visualizing when you think Tupac and Jada were sleeping together. Remember, Jada turned Will down a year before he blew up and become hot with the enemy of the state movie. So that should tell you right there that she thought of herself very highly too highly to have had a sexual relationship with pre-famous Tupac and by the time Pac was Famous the ground rules and dynamic of their platonic friendship had already been "cemented"years ago; brother and sister friend- type relationship.
