We’re do you get parts one of the small roller wheels the brackets have snapped so it can not be pulled in the folding position

I want this because it’s almost perfect. But the ground clearance of 1.5 or 1.6 inches isn’t enough to go on the side walk entry and exit. It’s slanted and the bottom of the Luggie scrapes. 😞

Good Morning We bought a Luggie Scooter when we were in the United States in 2013. Three years later, its battery drained. Earlier this year, in February, we were in the United States again and bought a new battery. Unfortunately, however, the Scooter did not move again. When we turn it on, the power button flashes seven or eight times, but it doesn't move. We noticed that the battery is working perfectly, but there must be some problem with the Scooter. Did you make sure it wasn't in the freewheel mode? Try moving the red lever

How do you get an airline to accept it in travel mode it's too large for the hold door. Spoke to jet2 recently. It has to be under 81cm.

Hello, Is that 81cm in length? If so you would have to fully fold the Luggie for them to accept the scooter. I'm afraid each airline has different regulations so we always suggest to check with each provider before booking your holiday if you're planning on taking the Luggie.

Hi Agnes! Yes it does. You will need a USA-UK travel adaptor but it will just take slightly longer to charge due to the lower voltage over there.
