honestly, I have not tried the Eco styler gel, but I always wanted to! I change my gel that I use frequently because I like to try new ones to see what I like best. The Aussie Freeze can potentially make your hair crunchy if you apply too much. Right now I am trying the new Tresemme gel: Tres Gel and it is a lot less crunchy. Also, remember that you can pull slightly on your curls or scrunch them after they are fully dried to relieve some of the hardness :)

The triangle shape is usually from having your hair all one length. Try getting some long layers in the front to make your hair have some dimension. Not too much though, because layers = volume. Try the twisting method in this video and that should help your hair become more defined :)

This video actually helped me so much! because I have really thick Curley hair & I put mousse in it for tight pretty curls & every time I put it in my hair it always makes it hard and sticky and after I watched this video I got the Paul Mitchell texture polish and now my hair is soft and smooth! thanks so much! 😛💘

I do style my hair in some if the hair styles you've down, but what you taught me is that there is no need to style it so tight, which now I know that's what's thinning my front hair line... Wasn't sure if you had tried that particular one or not. I just went all natural a few months ago and I'm just finding the products I like for my hair. So I responded to a lot of people but in case you didn't see it...everyone with curly hair looking for products and a process to do, look up deva curl! This process that she does in the video works really well and its what I used to do to have controlled curls but with this stuff you can use your natural curls and still be controlled and defined without poofyness. Google a curly hair specialist that uses Diva Curl in your town and have them cut your hair. they will cut your hair while its dry. when your hair is wet, it is in a totally different place than when your hair is dry so why wouldn't you cut it the way it naturally falls? It all makes more sense when you see the videos. look up some Diva Curl haircuts
