As Spanish I have to say that this made me cry. It's incredible how I could ear the crowded street, the bells ringing, the street music and the laughs of people having fun, how I felt the sun of a spring morning... It was home. Thank you for this gift.

I never grow tired of listening to so many interpretations of this Boccherini's masterpiece inspired by his years of living in Spain. This interpretation blows my mind as to the way these musicians capture the liveliness of a military band or "charanga" marching through the streets of Madrid that approaches the spectators with all its intensity and slowly the music fades at the distance and into the night. I applaud the experimental approach used to capture the ambiance, the graciousness and passion that inspired the composer's to write this gem. Bravisimo!

I have to publicly confess that I have fallen in love with the bailaora. Her attitude and her stage presence, to project that coquetry and femininity, as well as her natural beauty, are powerful. The fact that you have included Boccherini's own comments on her composition helps a lot to enjoy the music, by understanding it much more easily. Muchisimas gracias for uploading the video, you have given me pleasure and happiness with this beautiful music, so well played.

Saudacões, do Brasil.
Here is the most living, present, lively, honest, driving music of the old days, despite famous names, for it still lives and THRIVES. The Boccherini works astound, please, encourage, satisfy, announce his eternal skills...and the players loved it ALL.

Wow, what a delightful performance by everyone. It mesmerized me so unbelievably that I forgot to have the usual scotch whisky with my special Saturday dinner. Not to worry Saturday will come another time but my style of musical appreciations change each time, even if I watch or listen to musical gem of this kind repeatedly, based on my state of mind or the change to my mood as a result of the wonderful music. Either way I am only enriched by my classical music experience of heavenly enjoyment! How blessed were all those maestros of yester years who left their legacy to their next generations in the form of these wonderful gems of musical pieces? The blessed varieties of maestros may be smiling from heaven. Keep open the "Stairway to Heaven" for reminiscing the 'memories of another day' there, hopefully! Or hoping against hope, who knows?

Fantastic music and very well played, but performance is absolutely out of context. It has nothing to do with Madrid, which was Boccherinni's intention. The dance, footsteps and clothes are southern Spain folklore, which is completely different from Madrid's. It is important to understand the piece, the composer intention and the context.
