The amount of comments you have allocated your time to by responding to every one with your out of touch opinion only says one thing: that you are scared your words won’t ring true. Tell me, why should he spend his life incarcerated when the person he allegedly killed was the CEO of the largest company in an industry that’s responsible for more deaths than 30x 9/11’s every year? Murder is wrong of course, but why should one guy be allowed to profit from doing it one way while the person who whacks him is treated completely differently?

They have already judged him to punish him and put him in prison for life or sentence him to death. The trial is all a fake. Surely they will put jurors to benefit the financial lobbies. The only thing that saddens me is that he is a young boy, it is not right to take the life of a boy who could not stand injustice on the weak. What a shame they destroyed him without mercy. While the delegate at the service of the health lobbies is passed off as the sacrificial victim. But how many American citizens has he killed by denying treatment and approval? Who knows, only God knows! I am sorry for this farce towards this young boy. I want to remind you that the trial is not a farce to make fun of American citizens.

This issue is monumental, and I hope people grasp its true weight. Luigi took the courageous first step, but it’s the public's responsibility to carry his mission forward. This isn’t about eliminating CEOs altogether-it's about demanding accountability and driving systemic change. A "not guilty" verdict could serve as a wake-up call to those in power, pushing them toward reform. On the other hand, a "guilty" verdict could ignite an undeniable urgency for transformation. The choice lies with us, and the consequences could define the future.

It’s not a crime to lead an insurance company; it is a crime to commit a shooting. When you buy insurance coverage , the policy never says it will cover you for all things all the time. The written policy explains what the restrictions and limitations are to your level of coverage purchased. People get surprised when a claim gets denied because they never bother to understand what their policy was designed to cover and what it was not. People are free to purchase different tiers of insurance that will most closely fit their anticipated needs. If you have lower tier, it’s not going to cover as many situations. If Luigi wanted change in the healthcare system he should have used his energy and passion on activism and discourse, influencing voting and legislation in order to bring about change. Instead he cowardly chose violence and ruined his own life.

@@evanhughes1510 I agree, another take on this would have been better. He was smart young man. He knew the consequences. I believe maybe someone else was involved. Whatever the case, he has made an impact. I am shocked by the pent up anger towards the US healthcare system. There's a tremendous amount of hate for a system, and rightfully so. I knew about the high premiums, copays and deductables, however I wasn't aware of the denials, delays and down right abuse of the system by for profit companies. I knew there were cracks in the healthcare armour with alot of push back, however I believe this is going to bring the system down. Billions in profits, means taking money from people, not providing what they need. Sometimes government regulation is needed because they have the deepest pockets. Every other country has it, universal care...people don't pay a dime letter alone see a doctors bill. As Chris Rock says, sometimes a drug dealer gets shot.
