You are such an inspiration for me and for so many people. Thank you for using your dies in such creative ways. You are not afraid to cross traditional borders and just do you. Don’t ever change. ❤

It's so interesting to see your project process. Thank you for the detailed explanations. Also, I love the contrast between your "makes" and the others that are shown on Tim's lives. The others are nice, but in predictable colors and often simple in style. Yours stand out because they are unique and uniquely "you". We can instantly see how much time and effort you have invested in your projects. Wonderful. 👏 👏 👏

Luise your techniques are only rivaled by your great imagination! Quite frankly, I was shocked to hear that someone had said something you did looked "easy"! Of course, there are some easy elements ... but coming up with the ideas and the plans is HUGE! And, for the most part ... it's NOT easy! Thank you for sharing your process with all of us! I am inspired by you ... every single time!!!

We can’t be good at everything! I think my clusters look terrible but others seem to have no trouble with them. Use whatever helps you to do the process. Love this envelope.

My Papi was Dutche and I understand your culture and was taught I too use everything I can use in my art because my parents taught me to be very mindful with my spending and caring of my things. I have held onto the negatives of many die cuts waiting fir a great mass make to use as accessory with my journals. Great ideas you offer and thank you very much for sharing your talents with us all. I will of ourse also listen/watch your dutche video to keep my brain understanding at least some of the German language I hold from my 5 years in Hessen. Have a great week!!! 🎉 from Idaho USA.

"Glowing out of the grunge" is my new favorite phrase!!🤩💖 It says so much. It expresses so much. Like, out of decay comes beauty, in my heart & mind.💗...sigh... I just had to throw that in. Now, back to this awesome video!😉 Oh...p.s. I love how you created that little swooping glow below the moon. Just so cool.💗

This is so fantastic! I have always loved using the negative “leftovers” on my projects (and I save everything!!), I have considered that my “MO” with ATCs....I would decorate the front and use the negative on the back where my information goes....slipping the date and my name, etc into the negative space using a very thin marker. I find it fascinating that you don’t like/think you’re good at making marks! I never would have guessed that about you...this just shows how we are all different with different styles and talents and when you discuss your strengths/weaknesses, it makes you “human” and we can all relate!! I, for one, very much appreciate your honesty and your openness. You are a joy to watch and listen to. TYFS!! ❤️🦋💜

You are so inspiring. You DO make things look so easy, and I fall for it every time. Then I try to copy it and... Well... Let's just say that I am a crafter. You are an artist! Love your work and I really appreciate your videos.

Wow!!! That colouring of the Santa like that was so cool! … and then you massacred the poor guy 😱 no pressies for you young lady! Mind you, you’d probably be happy with some coal & whip up a super grungy, funky project lol 🤣 I love that you constantly try different things & never get stuck on just one formula for something that worked. The mark of a true artist!

I have a problem with "perfectionism". I really am working to break my tendency that everything has to be precise & "perfect". Because of my issue, I totally understand what you mean about "mark-making"...I can't do it. I try to be loose & free, to not overthink it. Yet, my attempts just look ridiculous to me. They are static & dull. IDK... I must say however that you, the way you explain combined with your skill and style have really helped me to break free a bit. Though I still struggle, all of your techniques are fairly simple, very doable...with amazing results, full of depth & texture. Even when it's virtually flat! Just amazing, my dear.💗 I have learned & grown the most from you, more than any other of the artists I adore. Thank you so much for always being real, for being your true "self", and for sharing your own struggles with us. Your openness motivates me, and many others I'm certain, to believe in my/ourselves. You are not only amazingly talented, you teach and inspire others to create beauty as well. Many blessings & much gratitude, from California, US.💙💙💙

I totally get that mark making isn’t as easy as it looks for everyone. I have the same problem. Same as I can’t doodle, even if I look up cool doodling marks - I can make the shape, but when I put them together in a space, they just don’t look good for me. It’s ok. Our talents lie elsewhere. And I love the way you have used those shapes in lieu of mark making. That spread of the sleigh & both sides look amazing!

Thank you very much for your feedback! It's always hard to decide what's interesting for people and what not. My original video footage was 9,5 hours 🙈 and that's without cutting, drying and everything in between....
@allisonjames2923 Жыл бұрын
@@luiseheinzlI must admit, while I do greatly appreciate versions with repetitive bits (like gluing & drying) edited out, I do love a more relaxed video between 30 mins to 1 hr. I would have loved to have watched just that spread of the sleigh, moon & pocket on the other side as a full (but edited) video. We can always FFWD through bits that aren’t as interesting. I wish I could just sit & watch 9.5 hrs of making, since you have such amazing ideas, but darn life & that need to achieve things gets in the way
