Tbh refs missed calls for both teams equally So it's fine
@DubboU8 ай бұрын
No it's not. Doesn't work that way. Any missed calls can potentially change the game for either teams. @4:30 if the foul was called for Ant, Luka would not have had a chance for fast break, which also lead to a missed foul call. That could have easily been a 3pt play for Wolves and stretched the lead, but instead, it turned into what would have been 3pt lost, if the foul was called for Luka and he made the FT. Not to mention this exchange gave Mavs some momentum they needed to get things going for their come back.

5:49 the reason Rudy tried those moves is because he did it on lively in the preseason and early season. But what he doesn’t know is that lively is a spooky and if something worked once, you’ll be luccy to get it twice and definitely not 3 times. If you noticed, earlier in the game, ant tried the same thing and it failed, and he tried it again on the play that lively clamped ANT, and forced the t.o that sealed the game with Lukas game winner

2:30 , and this gentlemen is why we dread the possibilities of Wembayama in a playoff setting. An immensely skilled big with handles, guard control, competent shooter with 3-level scoring, defensive monster adept at defending 1-5 positions and is a consistent lob threat over wide radius. I seen actual training videos of Wemby as a 16 year old skiny kid cooking Rudy Gobert in France when it was projected that he'd be going to America soon to the league. Rudy Gobert is not consistent at offense since Utah Jazz and same for the Wolves. Mans getting destroyed by Luka and on the perimeter.

A 3 wins the game. A 2 ties the game. Bad decision to have Rudy even in the game to begin with. Period! Finishing such a close game with timeout on hand tells me the coaches didn't do everything strategically to put the team in a position to win. Coach Finch mentioned it after the game, the decision to not have Conley in the game forced Ant man to play the point which cost them turnovers but they had a chance to call a TO and correct that but were hesistant.

Nice analyses in these playoffs. Rudy gets a bit too much criticism in some of these plays. It was his teammates that made too many mistakes on defense. Also, on offense, you need to know Rudy's limitations and feed him properly. So many of these passes, such as in 8:10 are bad passes that are on the passer, not Rudy. In fact, it's inexcusable for an experienced PG like Conley to not be able to make that pass.
