It makes no sense though. Taking 10-15 seconds to look into the mirror does not equate to the amount of time you have to look at the "interior mirror". Self reflection takes way longer. Some people take years to self reflect. A good example of this is the main character of Vagabond, Musashi Miyamoto, inspired by a real life swordsmen. He himself said that it took him 20 years to learn the simplest things about life and to learn about himself. This guy in the podcast is making it seem like people who have time to appreciate the outside of their body should also have time to appreciate the inside but it's literally not the same thing, at all.

I recently watched Luke Belmar's video, "Escape The Matrix NOW," and I must say it was a thought-provoking and eye-opening experience. Belmar delves into the concept of breaking free from societal norms and questioning the reality we live in, drawing parallels to the iconic "Matrix" movie. His insights on self-awareness and the importance of challenging our perceptions make you pause and reflect on the choices we make in our daily lives. While some may find the idea of escaping the metaphorical matrix a bit abstract, Belmar presents it in a way that encourages introspection and prompts viewers to consider alternative perspectives. Overall, a captivating and intriguing video that sparks contemplation on the nature of our existence.

To answer the last question: a famous yogi Sadhguru once said " if everything happens within you the way you want it, then why choose to be miserable instead of joyful and full of life"

Min 9:27 Luke uses a phrase (with different characters) used to describe the great crash. "When the show shine boy is talking to you about shares in a company, you know its time to leave the market." Or something like that. Another is min 11:20 "in the fear is when you buy into it and in the fomo is when you sell." Its like "buy when people are fearful and sell when they're greedy."
