This is the second podcast I have seen with Luke now and I realize that he is quite an intelligent individual. It makes no sense though. Taking 10-15 seconds to look into the mirror does not equate to the amount of time you have to look at the "interior mirror". Self reflection takes way longer. Some people take years to self reflect. A good example of this is the main character of Vagabond, Musashi Miyamoto, inspired by a real life swordsmen. He himself said that it took him 20 years to learn the simplest things about life and to learn about himself. This guy in the podcast is making it seem like people who have time to appreciate the outside of their body should also have time to appreciate the inside but it's literally not the same thing, at all.

It’s crazy when he’s describing the shroom trip. When I did it I saw humans as worker ants, just stuck in the loop. Min 9:27 Luke uses a phrase (with different characters) used to describe the great crash. "When the show shine boy is talking to you about shares in a company, you know its time to leave the market." Or something like that. Another is min 11:20 "in the fear is when you buy into it and in the fomo is when you sell." Its like "buy when people are fearful and sell when they're greedy."
