Having recently watched it, the link to David Tennant pronouncing it in the Graham Norton Show is here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZofWf2qoatukd7c. Considering Scottish people roll/tap their r's and since they have the guttural ch sound in words like loch, I'd imagine Welsh names may be slightly easier for them to pronounce compared with most English people (though I will admit Tennant's attempt while okay, wasn't perfect, especially with the LL's). And Ioan Gruffudd also pronounced that name in this interview (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZXQlJlteaiShqc&t) and even Tom Holland (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pn3VaZaujtpgjck&t, probably the only English celebrity apart from Naomi Watts to pronounce it relatively well) and the opera singer Bryn Terfel (kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2nIapyDqZeNmZI - around 5.56) so loads of celebrities have pronounced or attempted it.
