Many of us do mental work and brains works on carbs. I can’t start work without eating anything. My concentration is poor otherwise. 13-14 hour fast works for me. Early dinner is the key for me.

the biggest problem Indians have is they are not able to waste food, if lunch is prepared how do we not eat if they are not hungry, due to circadian may not be hungry in the evening then much later need to eat something. so then the 13-14 hour reduces. Require advise ( 10am start with lemon immunity, rice kanji & protein carb breakfast, no gaps) ( 1.30 acv methi isabgol, 1roti .rice dal, veg,// soup , egg sandwich 1/2 hr gap lemon asj ) (3.30 salad rainbow,5.30 fruits) ( 7.30 protein carb dinner ) through the day jeera dhana saunf water, kadha , chia water, etc, if you do circadian it is 3 meals only raw , fruit are in the afternoon, when does one have veg juice. if we skip lunch it does not add to fasting. my huge battle is with abdomen fat.
