I was 82 kg in October 2020 Now I am 74. I feel positive response by own body. I have done 12 hours 14 hours 16 hours it's works.👍

@@rohinihume5880 morning start with Warm water and exercise for abs. Jumping Jack, dips, sumo squat and abs workout. Lunch time is between 1 to 2 PM. From 1 PM to 10 PM I eat whatever I want to but I don't over eat. Gym time is 8 PM in the evening after gym taking whey protein isolate after that I eat chicken or fish or even chapati and bhaji, than from 11 PM to next day 2 PM I don't eat. I drank at least 3 to 4 litres water from Morning to Night. I hope you understand what I have written 🙏

Completely agree with every single word coming out of Mr.Luke. However I m a little confused as some health fitness youtubers recommend having coffee prior to workout in fasted state for efficient fat loss!! Even though I agree with Mr.Luke, very confused if I should continue Coffee before fasted workout or stop it!!

Gin Stephens advocates unsweetened black coffee on facebook. It doesn't work for me. I do not want to get my body acidic during a fast. Thanks for reaffirming Luke.

I did fasting with intention for the first time ... 1st day I was able to do it for 14 hours and 2nd Day it was for 13 Hours.!

Recently I read your book,, the great indian diet,, in it you suggest not to keep long gaps between your meals,,as it may hamper with fat loss,, I am confused wats best for the body to eat frequent meals or keep long gaps.

I have done with ghee in coffee for one week..then I removed ..now I am fine I can go ton16 hrs without any food at all. But when I started doing I had severe head ache..but after a week with ghee in coffee I gradually removed. And now I can go up.16 or 17 easily

Question : I do 15-16 hour of IF and I have two meals - my lunch by 12-12:30 and dinner between 6-7pm . Before my lunch at 10:30am I eat nuts and seeds or fruits . Between my lunch and dinner is it ok to have fruits or what is the right food to have between lunch & dinner ?

Luke, sorry you contradicted yourself. Towards the begining you said we can change our fasting hours daily. 12-14-16.... as many hours as we want. But towards the end you said, You should not be fasting at different hours each day. Please clarify. Thank You for all your efforts.

He meant don't change your fasting period. for eg Day 1 fasting from 1900 hrs to 0900 hrs Day 2 (same day)fasting from 1700 hrs to 0700 hrs & so on. When u break ur fast, u can do it earlier if u feel hungry AF!!

@@gurjeet429 Fasting can be done anytime. You choose your own hours of fasting, as per your daily schedule. Fast atleast 16 hours a day, to begin with. Eat two meals, instead of three. Eat healthy.
