Unfortunally hes been overplayed and been injured to much. He was great at start but havent been the same player the last 1,5 years, same with Gavi. And even at their best Pedri, Gavi, De Jong, Olmo dont have even 50% of Xavi and Iniestas ballcontrol, vision, dribbling flow or passing. They were truly once in a lifetime, or century.

@@IulyManolescu Problem is our defence is not great apart from Cubarsi. Kounde, Balde and the other CBs are really bad in defence. We have no DM. And we have no controlling CM like Xavi. All our midfielders are AMs. So its VERY hard to get controll in midfield if you dont feel you can count on your defence. Pedri and Gavi has to drop down alot more to help in defence. It doesnt help when we lost our best controlling midfielder in Gundogan. Xavi and Iniesta could stay further up to recieve balls becouse Puyol, Pique, Alves and Abidal/Alba was able to handle it alone the few times oponents were able to attack. Xavi and Iniesta was pretty much impossible to steal the ball from, they had 0 lost posession in most games together with Messi so oponents had almost no attacks unlike in todays Barcelona.

Very true. We got so spoiled so hard todays Barcelona looks like shit compared to them when infact todays Barcelona is "normal" Im a Barcelonafan but i find it hard to watch todays Barcelona becouse its just not the same and at a much lower level.

Btw, that spin move is called (by them) "la croqueta", the croquette, Here in Spain it is common to refer to these turns as "making the croquette" because it resembles the movement when making croquettes, and you spin them in the breadcrumbs.
