I don't think so. You need to stipulate it in the sales contract (if selling that you're owner builder) but would all depend on the quality of the build upon a seperate building and pest inspection

Lifting the house using hydraulic jacks to create additional space under the current home

You don’t need to have an owner builder if your building within the existing roof area. This includes renovations. Raising the house needs to be done by a licensed contractor

We've done around 5 cosmetic renovations. We're getting help to do the raise, concrete and framing. We'll be doing most of the finishing trades (ie sheeting, flooring, painting, landscaping etc)
