Enjoying these series because of their sheer authenticity. It seems many musicians these days want to be perfect and will do anything to cover their mistakes rather than adopting a healthy sense of humility. IMO These videos show the sense of humanity of these artists have and that they aren’t just perfectionist lizard gods from the multiverse who write epic microtonal music. Really Good stuff.

9:38 Hey on the off-chance that you read this I find an easy way to count this bit is like 8/16 + 3/16 (or just 11/16) (sixteenth notes being twice as fast as what cavs is doing on the bell ig). You could also do it in eighth notes but IMO it makes it more confusing because the drum pattern repeats every 11 sixteenth notes like " 1 e & a 2 e & a 3 e & ", " 1 e & a 2 e & a 3 e & "
@FreeManFreeThought3 жыл бұрын
For those without a budget, a broken guitar string can make a 1/2 decent temporary fret if your strings aren't too heavy. That way you can mess around without dumping cash. It's actually how fretting was done often historically too... but that's me on a tangent XD It's awesome to see the breakdown like that.
