Little Ms. Sam’s Live in Business mod has a Daycare option. But you need to add a residence to the lot. A little apartment or cottage would be cute. For this build I would add an oven so they can bake cookies for the kids. Even packed lunches would be cool.

Magnolia Blossom park doesn't have to be just one thing, you could make room for a bunch of different spaces in it, kind of like the community spaces in Evergreen Harbor maybe? One area could be a community garden, another could be a farmers/crafters market, of course the park stuff, maybe an outdoor fitness park (under a pavilion so the machines don't break in the rain lmao).

On one of the big lots, you could make a big, spacious library. I like doing that on big lots because libraries are easy enough to fill up a big space or leave areas intentionally open and spacious. (Edit: magnolia.)
