Hi. Thanks for sharing your excitement and joyful shopping experience in Lulu Mall. I’m Japaness. I stayed in Kerala for 6 years and a half and I LOVE Malayali people, their culture and their land. I believe someone already mentioned to you before me, but Mundu is the traditional dress which is white and has a golden border. People wear it as formal wear on celemonies, and festivals. (when they have “functions“) Lungi or Dhoti are the ones for casual use at home or workmen’s dress. We often see working men in orange dhoti. People wear dhoti/lumgi at home, often after showering in the evening. There are many colours for the border, too. (but not golden colour) I had a few friends who were in their early 40‘s, who said they have never worn western style trausers in their life. Cochi is very different from other citirs in Kerala. The nature and food culture can be different between South Kerala and North Kerala(Malabar Region). The climate in hillside is very different and their nature is also very beautiful. I hope you will have a chance to come back to Kerala in dry season, especially from Jan to Feb when they have NO Rain, and the backwater boat ride can be so enjoyable! ✨😉 Wish you a wonderful and safe journey ahead!!✨😊💗🙏✨

India is also known for its wildlife. You should plan a trip Kaziranga National Park in this winter. Along with local birds there would be huge numbers of migratory birds comes in these winter season. And of course Kaziranga is known for world famous one horn rhino. Why Kaziranga is good for tourists. Because it has lots of water bodies and lots of grasslands. Tourists can see more wildlife compared to dense forest. Binoculars and powerful zoom cameras could add more fun to your experience. Kids probably love Elephants. Thank You and Keep spreading happiness.

From 2010 onwards I used to visit London every year as part of my job and so I know the difference clearly where kochi and where London now.. London feels something great in my initial days.. but not to offend any British guys.. London or UK is nothing infront of Kochi.. I keep saying to my wife almost everyday I miss Kochi.. Tones of reasons..

Khas-khas is poppy seeds. Falooda always has basil seeds, which in india are also known as tuk-maria, something like that. I assume maybe they didn't know what it is called in English. Basil seeds are like chia seeds. They swell up when soaked in water or other liquid.
