I think you have found one of the secrets to having a wardrobe that works. A cohesive wardrobe is more functional! You don’t need a lot of items, you need items that go well together ❤

Honestly Helen, you’re the highlight of my sundays 🥹 it makes going back to work so much better. I’ve started doing my wardrobe declutter and this is super useful. It’s crazy how I recognise each piece you’ve decided you keep as you’ve talked so much about them. I bought x2 Uniqlo AIRmis bra tanks and the first time I wore on it snagged twice just on my slightly dry skin on my finger and a tiny jag in my nail but I’m terrified to wear them now 🙈. I love the more ribbed tanks and more cotton like brat tanks they do. Perfect. Not the AIRmis though.

Grrl, a frayed bottom hem on jeans is vastly easier to tailor than a finished hem! Just a cut and a straight stitch to prevent too much fraying! Call your tailer.

uniqlo semi-recently made a ribbed mini tshirt but most of mine have deformed and lost their shape :( the regular mini tees are doing a lot better! love the vids

Do you recommend the soufflé style sweaters and or the knitted short striped jackets? It seems they have updated for fall 2024.. are they worth it? I hate having to buy something new only to de lutter because it didn’t meet my expectations! It’s still a challenge being a conscious consumer if we can’t truly predict the long term quality of a piece.

Do you have any tip after using/wearing clothes? Would you put them back in wardrobe? I don’t like to put my clothes back because I’m out in public, using public transport sitting office chair and don’t want to wash straight after each use. Thanks.

I have a basket I keep them in. I wear a lot of jeans and jackets. They don’t need to be washed after every use. Shirts that don't smell will get folded and go into the basket.

I was very surprised when you said you were a soft gamine. I definitely pegged you for a soft classic (with a very slight natural and maybe ingenue essence)...you don't look as short as I interpreted SG's, and the wide leg or longer dresses/skirts don't overwhelm your figure.
