So to understand the workflow, you build your model first in SketchUp etc. including all details expect the ground, sky, greenery etc. and do that in Twinmotion? And if you wanted to change the potter that the one plant came in, is that possible? Also, can you generate panoramic images from these models?
@ArchitectureInspirations4 жыл бұрын
Yes, yes, and yes to your questions. But this video is Lumion by the way.

Right now I do think Lumion is more developed and has more assets but Twinmotion is will be updating soon too. You can definitely try it out to see what you like best!

Hi Man, really good video One question, When I want to post produce a Lumion render with photoshop, a message appears and says that there is not a Color Profile included in the picture, and I have to choose between 3 options -Not modify -Change to Adobe RGB 1998 -Choose another profile Any of those options change a lot the colors of the render inside photoshop. What option do I have to choose to not change the Lumion render raw colors? Thanks!

Yes there are lots of major changes like snow and rain effect, new 3D grass which is super awesome, real Skies which use HDRIs, etc. You can check out my Lumion 9 new features video 😊 Yes I also use Vray. I appreciate the hard work and generosity, thanks for sharing your knowledge and tips with everyone. Although, the channel you are referring to, I don't like how it's misleading, having "Tutorial" on it's title. It's a speed up timelapse, there's no teaching. Unlike your true tutorials which are very beneficial to anyone who is using the software and can benefit from watching.
@ArchitectureInspirations5 жыл бұрын
I actually have the same view as you, that's why in the title of this video, I used the word "Workflow" instead😊 in my opinion, Tutorials are more concise and need a lot of planning. Otherwise my channel would have hundreds of these "tutorials" 😂

I don't get his channel. Your actually doing tutorials explaining and teaching keep doing what you're doing. All he is doing is downloading modes he didn't make. Applying textures he didn't create and renders them with the most easy to use software in current existence.
@ArchitectureInspirations5 жыл бұрын
Haha yeah I got you. That's why the name of this video doesnt have the word "tutorial" in it. It's more like a workflow or timelapse in my opinion. Actual tutorials take a lot of planning for me😊 I also do like to create my models, even if not every object is made from scratch, I still like to set up my scenes to my own designs 😄

Thanks for replying guys. didn't mean to offend anyone. just wanted to be vocal towards more in depth detailed and spacific tutorials like ArchitectureInspiration does rather these quick workflow demo - that do have value! just allot less for me personally. sometimes its important to understand what someone is doing and not just copying his workflow without. for that you need to excplain your decisions vocaly or textually. anyone using Lumion can make a workflow video like that in a few hours. a real tutorial requires days or more and seems move valuable to me personally. I often click on Oncher links by accident and realize theres nothing new to learn there for me personally. it was important for me to say this to make sure Architecture Inspiration doesn't start doing these as well instead of his great tutorials (on other software as well!). look at other youtubers like Brightman designs who also does great work! Cheers,
@ArchitectureInspirations5 жыл бұрын
@avicohen2k Haha oh I definitely get what you're saying. And I too like my own format of tutorials more because it's just easier to learn. These timelapse videos are useful for people who have time to watch all of it but usually people just want a quick solution to a problem. I know that because I was there before. When I was in school, there were times when it takes 30 minutes to watch a "tutorial" without any explanation or it takes wayy too long to get to the point, so I know how my audience feels. And you're completely right, sometimes the 5- minute video actually takes a whole week of work (planning, scripting, audio, video, editing) 😂 but I think I like my format, 😊 there might be new types of videos but definitely won't remove the existing format so no worries😉
@gd3design635 жыл бұрын
@@avicohen2k I feel the same way. If it isn't explaining what's going on, either vocally or with captions, I don't really consider it a tutorial. Having said that, I do appreciate a timelapse now and then. Great ways to pick up different workflow pointers and have learned plenty from them over the years. Just wish everyone used the 'proper' lingo as to not be misleading. It's a bit annoying getting into a 'tutorial' just to learn it isn't one after all.
