Ingredients
3 Tbsps Moong Dal
3 Tbsps Toor Dal
1 Tbsp Chana Dal
1 Tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsps Ginger and garlic finely chopped
1 Green chilly finely chopped
1/2 Medium onion finely chopped
A pinch asafoetida
Salt to taste
A piece of Coal
1 Tsp Ghee for smoking
Method
Take all the washed daals in a cooker and add water as well turmeric and salt to them. Cook for 3-4 whistles on a medium flame. Make a tempering by heating mustard oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds. Now add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute for a minute. Now add finely chopped onion and saute until golden brown. Now add the daal, salt and heat some coal on a flame. shift the coal to a bowl and keep the bowl in the wok with dal in it. Add some ghee on the hot coal and quickly cover the wok to infuse smokey flavour to dal. Open the lid once all of the smoke has been incorporated. garnish with some ghee and coriander.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Green, Red and Yellow Capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 Cup Paneer Cut into cubes
1 Onion cut into cubes
2-3 Pineapple slices (optional)
10 mushrooms cleaned
2 tbsps. sour curd
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tsp cumin powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
2 Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Method
Take curd in a bowl. add all the powdered spices, ginger garlic paste, oil and lemon juice. Mix nicely and add all the vegetables, pineapple and paneer. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Put the vegetables in skewers and cook on a grilling pan.
Enjoy with dal chawal or as a snack!
