This great. It got very dark. The ambient music behind when he reads the note and says "that's a good idea" you could feel the depth of the darkness. Then he ends it with "cupcake's terrible". A deep statement in itself, as all his life's failures culminate into a singular moment gifted as a cupcake. The script is so well written that by the end of the skit, you start to wonder if the Dad with the lunchbox was insane and he'd been reopening the same lunchbox contents every day over and over. Which is why the co-worker and his daughter planted those messages because they knew that was the only way they would be able to communicate with him
