Finally a man says what women aren't allowed to say, but know viscerally: men don't have the same connection to their children. Good fathers are very important for children no good mother would ever think otherwise. But we witness it in the behavior of even the best fathers that it is not the same love, I actually think a father's love is instrumental in teaching a child the love they can expect from others in the world. If you have a good mother no one will ever love you as she did, it wouldn't be healthy. The devotion, intuition, selflessness and patience of a mother's love is unique and in any other context could not be maintained. Although there are a myriad of ways both the father and the mother do things better or worse than the other, for some reason we are not allowed to acknowledge this particular aspect.

When men die in war they often scream mama not daddy.

Surprised no one applauded the two women who have massively helped DA survivors. I guess because of his book?
