I have a lot of Luno stuff including two fans. Thanks for the idea to wash the sticky area. After I remove them and try to replace them they keep falling off. Probably because the sticky area needs washing. You are correct Luno customer service is fantastic.

The surprising part was that you could run it on low for 48 hours… and the anker powerhouse was barely at 47%… so like 5 or 6 days on a full charge? That’s pretty awesome. I’ve been looking for a solution like this for a long time. I just heard of this company and I’m so excited to get my hands on one of their beds and maybe two fans!
