I remember that 2011 - 2015ish time period is where it call came crashing down for Lupe and he essentially blackballed himself from the casual listening ear. He went from humble rap prodigy to emotional, bi-polar, bitter weirdo in just a few short years. I recall him getting into an argument with "fans" calling him broke in his comments on twitter and him proceeding to show all his jewlery to prove he isn't(along with screenplay long rants). Then there's the issue of him announcing plans and projects he never commits to. A comicbook origin story and anime series about "The Game" and "Streets" from The Cool. A video game, multiple albums he randomly annouces and again randomly shelves etc. I was always a fan of him and that brief window of time made it difficult to be a fan of his because he came off as incredibly angry and corny, so you can imagine how he looked to those not initiated to his underlining talent yet. The music began to suffer because of this as well. He bounced back muscially with Tetsuo & Youth and Drogas Wave at least and he appears to finally be at peace with himself.

I still really like DROGAS Light even if it's not his best lyrical work. Compared to the competition, it's still a really good trap sound album. NGL will ring true until the end of the age, one of my favorite Lupe songs and Made In The USA is a certified banger. Dopamine Lit is great, and I like the ambience of Tranquilo. While I like DROGAS light a lot, I would still say Tetsou & Youth is his best, a masterpiece, and DMIZ is incredible. DROGAS wave is cool but I just like DMIZ more. If Wave had more harder songs like Mural Jr and WAV Files, I would like it more. DMIZ has GHOTI, Autoboto, DMIZ, Seattle, and I like those more than Wave. Edit: I can't forget about Jump. That song slaps, hard.

It was probably Kanye’s, he knows so much music that’s outside of hiphop, most producers do, when you sample as much as they do you need to find new sounds and usually these producers record collections are massive and extremely varied. Jesus paid His elect’s sin debt and there is now no condemnation for those who are married to Christ (Romans 7-8). By Christ’s knowledge He justified all His elect (Isaiah 53:11) and finished His mission (John 19:30). All of God’s sheep will believe God’s testimony concerning Christ because Jesus justified them by His perfect sacrifice on the cross. Not one sheep Jesus died for will perish. Jesus is the good shepherd. Faith(believing God’s testimony concerning Jesus) is the fruit of what Jesus accomplished for His sheep. God’s sheep are righteous before God by the imputed righteousness of Christ provided at the cross as prophesied in Psalm 32 and fulfilled in John 19. All Jesus died for are regenerated at God’s appointed time to believe God’s testimony concerning Christ on who Christ is and what He did at the cross( Acts 13:48).
