@@TheKetoKitchen I tried the recipe and it was delicious. My butter flower and yolk mixture was a bit thicker. I suspect the coconut flower I use is more absorbent, maybe I should have added more milk to loosen it? Still it turned out nice and is surprisingly light.

Ground Lupin VS Lupin Flour , what's the difference

Does the coconut flour counteract the bitterness? I gave my coconut flour away because every recipe I tried with it was gritty and horrible. But my Lupin flour is sooo bitter I am wondering if somehow the coconut helps.
