Lure Building // Laser Cut Fishing Lure

In this lure building video we use laser cutting machine to cut out our wood bait. Once all they layers are cut we glue, shape and custom bait the rest of the bait start to finish. I noticed you used the Minwax polyurethane to seal the wood. Could you also use that as your finishing clear coat as well? If not.. why the resin vs polyurethane?
