I’m using Diawa J braid at the moment. It’s the best braid I’ve used so far. I use 30lb in moss green, can’t remember the diameter though, sorry.

Yeah 2 hours. This was before lockdown though. 2 hours is fine for a bit of lure fishing. Not much time when bait fishing though.

Liked and subbed great video ive just moved to Cornwall I’m true Midlands angler and have fished with lures for pike perch and Zander for last 4 years but bass is my new bucket list fish would you suggest targeting around rocks and reefs ive been casting metals right out but seeing your video makes me think ive been going about this completely wrong, any tips would be much appreciated tight lines

Thanks👍🏼 Yeah I would suggest looking for shallow rough ground. Anything from reefs, boulders, weed beds etc. I have never fished in Cornwall but they have some brilliant bass fishing there. Use metals for fishing on the surf beaches and deeper water. A soft plastic worked slowly will produce over shallow rough ground🎣

They good lures. I've only used the paddle tails so far, either weighted or unweighted. I've seen some good fish caught on them.
