Glad to see Trevor Henderson actually involved in the project, this feels very like his kind of thing. Sad that there isn't a mirror for you to see your cool new claws, but the facility probably replaced such luxuries with a loaded gun in a box (dangerous place to run out of photocopy paper, that).

I accidentally used viagra instead of painkillers after one of these monster attacks. I was scared stiff. :)

The only game where Viagra would be useful would be Leisure Suit Larry.

Oh hey this is turned based like a classic dungeon crawler, that’s really awesome. I might pick this up.

Not what I was expecting. Especially the turn based action, gaining powers, and the perspective shift. Also sound design...top notch. Hearing the corruption is visceral.
@Cricket002120 күн бұрын
@@JohnCharb87 it sure is a fresh take on indie horror though unlike those silent hill clones that we've seen a hundred times where you just walk around, and the only gameplay is pressing E sometimes to read notes

Neato, I wish more fantasy gaming tropes/systems would be rendered in contemporary settings.
@Bane_Amesta20 күн бұрын
Yeah, same here, it could be a nice change to get more creative with it while keeping the systems that are proven to work

I FUCKING LOVE HORROR AND TURN BASED DUNGEON CRAWLERS
@Makr0ss20 күн бұрын
I think it just need a liiiitle bit, like mosters having some particular sfx for themselves instead of the generic slash sounds, and/or maybe them getting in your face for a quarter of a sec while attacking. Seems kinda goofy without it
@mossmuncher587420 күн бұрын
Oh man. I really like this game’s style
@bisin8718 күн бұрын
There's a lot of potential in this. The mood, sound, contained, and stylized concept. I just hope the combat becomes a bit more dynamic .

Dungeon crawling is always a favourite of mine, so a horror dungeon crawler set in modern times certainly reminds me of Shin Megami Tensei and Undernauts. Although this one is definitely more terrifying than usual!
@AlexJames-jv3em20 күн бұрын
Really cool concept, and I like the design of the game so far, except that combat seems lackluster.

Looks awesome. Does anyone who's played the demo know if you can turn off the fisheye? I think I could probably get used to it, but it might give me a headache too

I simply *adore!!* dungeon crawler style of horror. I remember seeing it in another horror game, At Dead of Night, and it really impressed me. Wishlisting this one, and you should check out At Dead of Night, it's not a new game, but you may like it!

Art design is gloomy and not bad. But the gameplay and everything else. Static pictures, static movements - dull.

Sorry, but this just looks awful. Turn based garbage? Easy pass. Wayyyyy too many “games” these days are so lackluster and boring, yet desperate gamers are easily manipulated and distracted into thinking stuff like this is good when it’s actually low bar effort and execution. And yet, these sad people still thank the greedy developers for giving them shit and asking for more…this has to be the worst time to make or enjoy games because the talent pool is so diluted that anyone makes anything and it’s treated like a masterpiece. The low bar era is alive and awful.

@AlphaBetaGamer20 күн бұрын
Hi! The dev's aim for this game is to deliver a modern twist on an old genre (a modern horror-based take on an Eye of the Beholder style dungeon crawling RPG). I really like the game and there's definitely a market for it. Sorry you don't like it and didn't like the turn-based gameplay, but please bear in mind that different gamers like different styles of games. It would be a very boring place if everyone liked the same style of game and every game looked and played like Call of Duty.
