Do you have projects on inclusiveness ie people on wheelchairs, etc. Perhaps try to showcase a project on this as not many of us are aware for an inclusive home for all either for disabled or aged ones. Love your videos for the informative design ideas!! Keep it up! ❤

The design is really nice and comfortable but still sophisticated, but I really love the wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom. On the topic of gated communities and sprawling suburbs developed in that manner, I have to say I’m not a fan. It always feel creepy and artificial to me, but that’s just me, and I understand many people enjoy that kind of thing. Of course around the world in modern areas, we have the problem of urban developments of this type eating into areas of natural ecosystems way too fast, so something needs to be done about that. Building more vertically on a smaller footprint seems to be the answer here, one way or another.
