Well, she didn't answer, but I might bring an answer. I think you can also balance without pointing your feet, but pointing your feet is useful to maintain a certain amount of body tension and bring more control to your balance (it's easier to control something rigid than it is to control something a bit softer). But hand balancers and bboys don't balance the same way. Technique even vary amongst hand balancers, but on smaller details.

@lusine2001 i wanna improve more, but i will never reach your level, so i asked how many years to you to learn that kinda of balance and strenght gain o.O, and yea, i dont point my toes because i like them like that, im a bboy not a balancer =), can i ask you if this effect my performace other than just estetic reasons?

@cupcakel0ve First you start on the flore on a block, and after that when you are sure that you can land on the same spot and catch your balance the you try it on the cane.

im trying to the planche does your wrists get used to the pressure while doing them? what sort of core training do you suggest for the planche?

paul davies floor planch for 5 to I mins and yes eventually your wrist will get used to it haha after 4 years of you Comment you probably better then me 0
