How did you know how to bend the worbla after you put it together to fit your form? I noticed you used a strap at the end to keep it to you, do you heat it up just a bit to have it stay to your figure?

Hai! Just heat it up slowly not to much because if you do it to much the details and everything you put time into get ruined :( or you would get heat bubbles. And shape it to you preferably when wearing a piece of clothing :) so you don't burn yourself!
