It is Lux from LoL. I'm doing this build for my friend Allison to wear at Dragoncon this year. I'll be working on a Riven Redeemed costume for myself once the bulk of Lux is done. I'll show the progress for that too!

If you are talking about the diamond shaped foam block that I put the purple swirls on, that will be her knee armor.
