I'd use the loft as a living room so I could have an actual dining area instead of just a breakfast bar. The way this is set up, a set of French doors is blocked by the couch. I absolutely LOVE the wrap around porch and the fact that the screened in section of it has direct entrance from the house.

Like it but a lot of the windows are ill placed & have to be covered by furniture. Other than that, it's very nice.
