Thanks bud. There wasn't much of a back yard to show, unfortunately! Haha part of the reason it wasn't included. The parcel of land was a bit tight.

Great home. Wish they would have spent some on the back yard. Do I see a chain link fence on the perimeter? How about a nice patio with a firepit and outdoor grilling station?

Agreed. Unfortunately, this lot isn't very large and is definitely lacking a bigger yard. They likely didn't include these things because it would be overly crowded. Man, do I love a good grilling station though. I'm with you.

Very good tour. Don't need a fancy video like the mansion videos out in LA to show a Northern VA property. This moved fast enough, had the wide angle iPhone lens, music worked and you got so much more from this than what you can get from Zillow or Redfin. Well done. Wish it had a steam shower but I love this property. (Side note: looks like the backyard is huge. Would've been awesome to see that and know that you can put a pool and a deck back there too. Also super close to 66).
