@@kevinnguyen3680 it’s not bad at all. A bit over priced but what in downtown Norfolk isn’t? If the amenities were better, I’d probably consider staying. There’s a gym (a bike, treadmill, stepper, and dumb bells) and a balcony in the apartment but it’s too small to enjoy. Most of the neighbors are extremely friendly.

The Wainwright is a slum. Nothing luxury about it. Be careful who you’re renting from downtown because Nussbaum owns a lot of the buildings.
