Seems very lovely and for what you get it's seems reasonable But I'm in southern California where apartments like that range from 3000 to 4500.

Most of these apartments are all way too expensive you can typically rent a home for like $100 or $200 more

Hey Caroline! First of all thank you so much for these videos. They are extremely helpful. I am planning on moving to Henderson in the next 3-4 months. Do you have a top 5 apartments in Henderson you'd personally move to? I am looking for a more high end apartment close to parks. I see a lot that look nice on paper but it is hard to get a sense until I can actually get there to see them. Anyways thanks for your videos and hope you're doing well!

Hi Caroline, another great video. Just one thing I wish you would go into more detail is the tech package. What am I getting for my $95. Is this basic cable and minimal wifi ? Also does having your ESA documentation for your dog I know gets you out of pet rent, but do you still have to pay the up front fee for a pet. I understand a refundable extra charge for a pet in case there is damage. Thanks again.
@carolinelopez917 ай бұрын
so the $95 covers vivint smart home system which includes a ring camera. Also you do get basic internet through cox and cable. With the esa my understanding is that they won't charge you anything, you just have to make sure you show them all the documents so they waive it.
@mmunchie567 ай бұрын
@@carolinelopez91 Thank-you Caroline. I thought the same regarding the ESA. These packages that you have to pay for can really vary for what your getting as far as internet and cable. $95 sounds reasonable.

Dumb question? Any idea what the electric bill would be on a 1 bedroom?
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
@@GB-mp9ek it’s not a dumb question, so for me and my husband we live in a one bedroom apartment and since this month is the highest for temperature our bill right now is estimated to be $150 on winter it’s about $115 ☺️
@GB-mp9ek6 ай бұрын
@@carolinelopez91 thank you! I meant to write this on the flamingo one and just did….I’m sorry for the double ask. That’s really cheap. I live at the beach and it’s closer to $300 a month and $115 for water. lol.
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
@@GB-mp9ek wow that is expensive!!!! Yeh it would be around that it’s definitely not that much! Yeh normally our home stays pretty cool because we have heavy blackout curtains so that helps keep the bill a bit down ☺️

What is the month to month charge for?
@carolinelopez91Ай бұрын
@@Rickythesinger so I believe it would be $200 on top of the base rent if you decide to do month to month rent . But definitely call them to verify that because it does say per prospect.

Just passed a law that says landlords can’t ask for 2 or 3 times monthly income anymore. Check into it everyone!
@carolinelopez913 ай бұрын
@@jaewatson7843 so from what I read ‘Your security deposit can’t be more than three times your rent’. I’ve looked everywhere online to see and they don’t say anything about that they can’t ask you for 2-3 times the rent. Do you know where you read that? Thanks
